Tender pork slices stuffed with melted cheese, coated in a crispy breadcrumb crust, baked to perfection. A family-friendly comfort dish that is simple yet delicious.

Ingredients
9 items- Arista di Maialethin slices of pork loin
- Breadcrumbsbreadcrumbs
- Parmigiano Reggianograted Parmesan cheese
- Parsleyfresh parsley, finely chopped
- Garlicfresh garlic, minced, or ½ tsp garlic powder
- Saltto taste
- Black Pepper(optional) — optional, omit for children
- GruyèreGruyère, Emmental, caciocavallo, or any melting cheese (not mozzarella)
- Olive Oilextra virgin olive oil, for brushing
Method
- Prepare the breading: mix breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, minced garlic (or ½ tsp garlic powder), salt, and pepper.
- Cut the cheese (Gruyère, Emmental, caciocavallo, etc.) into small pieces.
- Lay the pork loin slices on a baking tray. Brush each slice with olive oil.
- Press the breading mixture onto the oiled side of each slice to coat well.
- Turn the slice over and season the inner side lightly with salt (and pepper if desired).
- Place a piece of cheese in the center of the slice.
- Cover the cheese with another breaded slice (or fold the slice if using larger ones) to form a stuffed pocket. Press edges lightly.
- Brush the top of each stuffed slice with olive oil and sprinkle with more breading.
- Bake in a preheated static oven at 190°C (375°F) for about 15 minutes. If you want a golden crust, turn on the grill for the last 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
