Frozen Yogurt with Amarena Cherries on a Stick

A refreshing and easy frozen yogurt popsicle made with creamy yogurt, sweet amarena cherry syrup, and whole amarena cherries. Perfect for a quick summer treat with a semi-creamy consistency between sorbet and ice cream.

Ingredients
5 items- YogurtUse plain yogurt, preferably full-fat for creaminess.
- Latte (Milk)Any milk works; whole milk adds richness.
- 35 gMinitop all'Amarena Fabbri (Amarena Syrup)To taste; adjust sweetness if desired.
- Amarene (Amarena Cherries)Whole cherries in syrup; cut in half or chop.
- 1 pcsFoglio di Colla di Pesce (Gelatin Sheet)(optional) — For a creamier texture. Bloom in cold water, then dissolve in warm milk.
Method
- In a bowl, combine yogurt and milk and mix well.
- Add the Fabbri amarena syrup (minitop) to taste (about 30-40 g) and mix until evenly colored.
- Cut the amarena cherries in half (or chop them as desired).
- Fill the popsicle molds with the yogurt mixture, leaving a little space at the top.
- Distribute the amarena cherry halves into each mold, pushing some towards the base for a pretty presentation.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 2-3 hours (preferably 3 hours) until solid.
- To serve, remove from the molds and let rest at room temperature for about 10 minutes to achieve a semi-creamy consistency.
- Optionally, for a creamier texture, dissolve 1 sheet of gelatin (pre-soaked in cold water) into the warm milk before mixing with yogurt.
