Swordfish rolls are an elegant and tasty dish, perfect for those who love the flavor of the sea.

Ingredients
8 items- Swordfishthin slices, ask your fishmonger to slice it
- Olivesany type, pitted and chopped
- Capersrinsed and chopped if large
- Parsleyfresh, chopped
- Caciocavallograted or finely chopped
- Breadcrumbsbreadcrumbs; use in filling and for topping
- Olive Oilextra virgin olive oil, for the filling and drizzling
- Salta little, not too much
Method
- Prepare the filling: combine chopped olives, capers, parsley, caciocavallo cheese, and breadcrumbs. Season with a little olive oil and salt. If the mixture is too wet, add more breadcrumbs.
- Lay out thin slices of swordfish.
- Place a portion of the filling in the center of each slice. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly to form an involtino.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet oiled with olive oil.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the rolls and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Bake in a static oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes, then finish under the grill (broiler) for a couple of minutes to create a crispy crust.
- Serve hot.
