A traditional dish from the 1990s made by wrapping a mixture of raisins, goat cheese, and parsley in kid's caul fat, then wrapping it again with kid's intestines. Fried with garlic and tomato, served as a flavorful second course.

- Wrap the filling tightly with the caul fat.
- Wrap the bundle with the kid's intestines to secure.
- In a pan, sauté garlic in oil.
- Add the mugliatelli and brown them.
- Add crushed tomatoes (pelata) and cook briefly.
- Serve.
