A classic Neapolitan street food sandwich with grilled sausage, friarielli (Neapolitan broccoli rabe) and melted provola cheese, inspired by the energy of football fans.

Ingredients
7 items- 1 pcsDurum Wheat Small LoafOne small bread roll made from durum wheat
- FriarielliTo taste (as needed)
- Extra Virgin Olive OilExtra virgin olive oil, to taste
- GarlicTo taste (a couple of cloves)
- Chili PepperChili pepper, to taste
- 50 gProvolaProvola cheese, sliced or diced
- 2 pcsSalamellaItalian sausages (about 2 per sandwich)
Method
- Heat olive oil in a pan with garlic and chili pepper, then sauté the friarielli until tender.
- Cook the sausages in another pan until golden brown on all sides.
- Add the provola cheese to the sausages and let it melt completely.
- Slice the bread roll in half, place the sausages and melted provola on the bottom half, then top with a generous amount of fried friarielli.
- Close the sandwich with the top half of the bread and serve immediately.
