A quick and flavourful pasta with fresh tuna, capers, olives and parsley, finished with a white wine deglaze.
Method
- Sauté the onion until translucent.
- Add the capers and mix.
- Add the fresh tuna cut into small cubes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Deglaze with white wine.
- Add the olives and stir briefly.
- Finish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
