- 150 gCherry Tomatoes
- 2 pcsSausages
- 200 gBurrata
- Basilto taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oilto taste
Method
- Crumble the sausages into a pan and brown them.
- Add the cherry tomatoes to the sausage fat.
- Cook until the tomatoes are ready (they soften and release juices).
- Add the burrata and basil leaves.
- Serve with some crispy sausage and fresh basil.
