Pasta Peperoni Robiola e Pancetta

A delicious pasta dish with roasted peppers, creamy robiola cheese, and crispy pancetta.
Method
- Cut the pancetta into strips.
- Cook the peppers in the pancetta fat.
- Blend the cooked peppers.
- Filter the pepper mixture through a sieve into a pan.
- Cook the pasta for a couple of minutes with the sauce.
- Turn off the heat and mantecatura with robiola cheese.
- Serve with crispy pancetta on top.
