Crispy green peas, double breaded and baked. A quick and easy snack.
Method
- Coat the peas in flour.
- Dip the floured peas in beaten eggs.
- Coat the egg-dipped peas in breadcrumbs.
- Repeat the egg and breadcrumb steps for a double breading.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in a preheated static oven at 180°C until golden.
