Method
- Prepare the pizza dough and shape it into a base.
- Spread a layer of tomato sauce over the dough.
- Add the cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Distribute the mixed chanterelle and porcini mushrooms on top.
- Add pieces of sausage over the mushrooms.
- Bake the pizza at a high solid temperature until cooked.
- In the last moments of cooking, sprinkle fresh parsley over the pizza.
