Learn how to make delicious pulled pork at home using an electric oven. This simple and economical recipe coats the pork shoulder with mustard and soy sauce, seasons it with a dry rub, then slow-cooks it wrapped in foil at 150°C for 3 hours (with the last hour at 200°C). Finally, brush with barbecue sauce and broil until golden. Perfect for sandwiches.

Ingredients
5 items- Pork CoppaWhole pork shoulder or pork butt
- MustardYellow mustard or Dijon, to taste
- Soy SauceSoy sauce, to taste
- Rub (Rabb)Dry rub – recipe provided in video description
- Barbecue SauceBarbecue sauce, for glazing
Method
- Coat the pork shoulder with mustard and soy sauce, massaging well all over.
- Season the entire surface with the dry rub.
- Wrap the meat tightly in aluminum foil, forming a sealed package.
- If desired, marinate in the refrigerator for 12 hours for a deeper flavor; otherwise proceed directly to cooking.
- Place in the oven at 150°C (300°F) and cook for 3 hours. During the last hour, increase the temperature to 200°C (400°F).
- Remove the package from the oven, carefully open it, discard the liquids, and transfer the pork to a baking tray.
- Brush the meat generously with barbecue sauce and return to the oven at high temperature until golden and caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
- Shred the meat with two forks. Serve in buns or sandwiches.
