A crispy and cheesy rice paper roll stuffed with soft salami, scamorza cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh basil. Perfect as a snack or aperitif for both kids and adults.

Ingredients

- Salame Sbuccia e Mangiacut into sticks
- Scamorzacut into small pieces
- 2 pcsDried Tomatoescut into strips
- Basila few leaves, torn
- Olive Oilfor brushing
- Sesame Seeds(optional) — to taste
Method
- Prepare the filling: cut the salami into sticks, the sun-dried tomatoes into strips, the scamorza into small pieces, and tear the basil leaves.
- Soak two sheets of rice paper in water until softened.
- Lay the soaked sheets overlapping on a sheet of parchment paper.
- Distribute the scamorza, sun-dried tomatoes, salami sticks, and basil over the rice paper.
- Roll tightly into a log, tucking in the ends to form a snail shape.
- Place the roll on a baking tray (use a pan with a metal handle if needed). Brush with a little oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 210-215°C for about 10 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving (optional: enjoy with a cold beer).
