- Slice the garlic and ginger into thin strips.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced garlic and ginger, and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
- Add the clams and a splash of water. Cover and cook until the clams open, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the cooked spaghetti (or raw spaghetti with a little extra water) to the pan and toss well.
- Drizzle with aged soy sauce and toss again to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and sliced chili pepper. Serve immediately.
