A traditional Calabrian pasta dish made with struncatura (a type of coarse pasta made from flour scraps), served with a sauce of olive oil, garlic, chili, anchovies, black olives, and cherry tomatoes, topped with toasted breadcrumbs.

- In a pan, heat extra virgin olive oil with a garlic clove.
- Add chopped Calabrian chili pepper.
- Add anchovies in oil and crush them until they dissolve.
- Add black olives and mix well.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until a creamy sauce forms.
- Meanwhile, prepare the toasted breadcrumbs: toast breadcrumbs in oil with chopped parsley.
- Cook the struncatura pasta in boiling salted water.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the sauce, toss to combine.
- Serve the pasta topped with the breadcrumbs.
