Prawns with Habanata Peppers
Holy crap, that is delicious. So sweet from those corns, creamy from the almonds. Those habanata peppers give you that like fruitiness of a habanero with no spice. For someone who doesn't like spice, I love spice. But for people who don't love spice, that is a winner. That is spot on.
Parker House Rolls
I'm a huge sucker for bread. And here we have one of the most beautiful breads that I've ever seen. Genuinely, the gloss on it, the flowers on it. This beautiful homage to Parker House, which are delicious on their own. Their first bread was very good, but this is their main bread, so it has to be even better. So soft, pillowy, buttery. The glaze on it gives it a nice little almost like an umami kick. Got to try it with the sauce, too. Even better.
