AI summary of what 8 dish mentions say about the food
Reviewers rave that ALT Stazione del Gusto’s Polpette are tender, deeply savory meatballs that steal the show. The overall vibe is warm, rustic comfort with a refined Italian soul.
“Everyone has their own perfect meatball recipe, but these also have something to say — incredible, guys. They beat grandma's fork — she never made me meatballs like these. Look at that, fear, myth. I love the taste of 'scarpette' in the morning.”

Bomba al pollo
It's a very small bomba for €10. The chicken is cooked well, maybe low temperature, with rosemary, but it's just chicken and iceberg lettuce, no sauces. It's good, but it didn't blow my mind. I wouldn't pay €10 for it.
Bomba al maiale fondente
This one is much better. It's pork belly cooked low temperature then finished in the oven, with herbs, a splash of mayo, and some fermented cabbage. It's very good, it made my eyes roll back. But still, €10 is a lot for what it is.
Pollo fritto intero
This is one of the best rotisserie chickens I've ever eaten. The skin is nice and crunchy, the cooking is perfect, the inside is juicy and not dry. It's not overly seasoned, the cooking speaks for itself. I'd put it in my top 3 or top 5. I'd absolutely pay €28 for it and I'd come back just for this.
