AI summary of what 3 dish mentions say about the food
Bar SOTA’s pangoccioli steals the show, a pillowy, buttery bread that feels like a warm hug. The overall vibe is cozy and effortlessly charming, perfect for a relaxed, satisfying meal.
“It's a bun served for breakfast with some very nice drops of chocolate inside. How cool is it to eat a good pangoccioli? It would be good to dip in a cappuccino. In the morning you wake up pissed at the world, you will continue to be pissed at the world but, for the two minutes you eat it, you will be happy.”

Barsota offers a bacon smash burger with excellent bread, but the aggressive smashing technique results in a slightly dry patty, and the high price of €16.50 leads to a feeling that it doesn't quite live up to expectations.

Bar Sota is a place that transforms from a croissant shop in the morning to a burger joint at lunch, serving the best Smash Burger I've tried so far, with amazing buns and quality ingredients.

Pork Belly Sandwich
This is the Pork Belly. I imagined it shredded but instead it's a piece. That's bacon. Look at that crazy crust. The turnip greens combine well. This bread is a bit of the secret of this place. The bun really rocks. Personally, it doesn't beat the Smash, but I recommend you also try a non-Smash bun, because these guys know how to do it. Delicious! The turnip greens degrease a bit. This one with the Pork Belly is a little fatter than the other one. I love it. The turnip greens are very tasty.
