This one is a stuffed focaccia with ham. It looks beautiful, well-cooked, and the dough is nice. Unfortunately it got crushed during the trip, but you can see it's a really good focaccia. I paid €11 for two pieces — this one and the artichoke one — which is a fair price right in the center of Alba.
