This is the most beautiful one so far. It seems to melt much slower than the others. Let's start with the one that might be the least impactful — the saffron one. Sweet, fresh, not too persistent, not annoyingly sweet. The chocolate and saffron is strange, the bitter touch of coffee is very strange, but it's intriguing. I could see it paired with a dish. Overall I'd say 8.5.
