Reviewers praise Grano Granis' Pasta alla norma as a standout, with the overall vibe being warm, comforting, and authentically rustic.
“I ordered the Pasta alla Norma — rigatoni with deep-fried eggplant, tomato sauce, topped with cheese and basil. The pasta is perfectly al dente, the tomato sauce is thick, a little acidic, a little sweet, just how I like it. The eggplant is soft and delicious. This pasta is practically vegetarian, quite light but very tasty. Hot and soothing.”

Pasta alla Norma
I ordered the Pasta alla Norma — rigatoni with deep-fried eggplant, tomato sauce, topped with cheese and basil. The pasta is perfectly al dente, the tomato sauce is thick, a little acidic, a little sweet, just how I like it. The eggplant is soft and delicious. This pasta is practically vegetarian, quite light but very tasty. Hot and soothing.
Involtini Siciliana
I got the Involtini Siciliana — a pork skewer stuffed with ham and cheese, breaded and grilled, with tomato and onion slices in between. The pork has a nice strong taste, quite tender and soft, the ham and cheese improve everything. The outside skin is a little crunchy but overall soft, very easy to eat. The caponata on the side is served cold, perfectly made — eggplant soft, celery crunchy, olives firm. This was an amazing dinner.
