Reviewers praise the Horchata de chufa as the star, calling it an essential, refreshing treat. The overall vibe is one of simple, authentic delight in a classic Valencian spot.
“It is very sweet and is usually accompanied by the Fartón. For me this is to all intents and purposes an orgeat or it looks like… let's say, it is the Spanish cousin of the orgeat. And, in the morning, it sounds ok. However, the horchata is too sweet for me.”

Churros con Chocolate
Finally I taste some well made churros. They don't drip with oil, they're fried but they're fried well, they're thin and super crunchy, perfect for dipping into chocolate. The chocolate is also very good, creamy, smooth and it's not 7000 degrees Fahrenheit. However I understand why they give you sugar. Because they are actually not sweet.
