I got the shawarma with broccoli and some sauces, and it's really good. The pita bread is thicker, like a piadina from Ravenna, not too toasted but not raw either. The meat is cut by knife, nice chunks, and everything is well blended with the cauliflower and sauces — almost like a purée, but the meat loses its crunch because it gets sauced up.
