These fried mushrooms are incredible. The breading is like a crunchy shell that wraps around this super creamy mushroom inside, telling me the first notes of autumn. They melt in your mouth and slide down beautifully. I didn't even want to get an appetizer, but these were spectacular.

These pici with aglione sauce need little talk, little explanation. Good pasta, soft. The tomato sauce for aglione is always unbeatable, full-bodied, decisive, but at the same time delicate and fresh. Excellent first course.
