“I also want to try some of the fried rabbit. It tastes like turkey. Don't know what part's best to eat. Just tastes like a little bit of a gamey sort of chicken. I didn't realize rabbit was white meat. I thought it was darker. I was wrong.”

Dishes mentioned
Pan con Tomate y Ajo
Got some tomato garlic bread to start. Mama, really fresh tomato, really crispy bread rubbed all over in garlic, olive oil, some oregano on there as well. All the good stuff.
Conejo Frito
I also want to try some of the fried rabbit. It tastes like turkey. Don't know what part's best to eat. Just tastes like a little bit of a gamey sort of chicken. I didn't realize rabbit was white meat. I thought it was darker. I was wrong.
Papas Arrugadas
More of those salty Canarian potatoes. These little potatoes with the mojos on the red wow. In last night restaurant I prefer that green one, tonight I prefer the red.
Pollo Adobado
Now for the main event, the ad chicken. It's fried until crispy and then glazed in their special sauce. I think it is the best chicken I've ever had. Oh my God, that fried chicken is absolutely unbelievable. I need to know how they've done this. That glaze is incredible. It's a unique piece of fried chicken, crispy as fuck, tender and moist. The outside glaze has chili, definitely garlic, loads of paprika, other spices, something acidic like vinegary, maybe some smoke, some citrus like lime. I don't even know. But it's up there with the best chicken on the bone I've ever had.
Tarta de Caramelo
Sarah got the caramel cake too. That was so spongy, it wobbled. Crème pâtissière? Oh my God, it's like a sponge soaked in caramel. She gave us two spoons but you won't be needing your spoon.
