Reviewers praise the cannolo as the standout, with its crisp shell and creamy filling earning raves. The overall vibe is one of joyful, authentic Italian sweetness that feels both refined and comforting.

This cannolo is different from the first one I had — it's more airy in the mouth, the ricotta feels almost like gelato, less grainy. They automatically put some chocolate chips inside, and I also detect a little pistachio in terms of texture. The shell is very good, but maybe I preferred the first one; they're just different. This one is perhaps slightly sweeter, but still very good. It's quite small, and I paid €7 total for this and the bacio pantesco, which I thought would be less. Between this and the one at Chiostro, I preferred Chiostro — it was much bigger, and the balance of sweetness, friability, and size was better. Here they put the chocolate inside so you taste it everywhere, while there you have to ask for it.

    • Bacio Pantesco

I was undecided between the bacio pantesco and the iris, but since I already tried the iris in the street food video, I went for the bacio pantesco because only they have it. It's a very nice composition, shaped almost like a flower. They told me they fill it on the spot with a cream — it looks a bit like a wafer. It's very pretty on top, delightful to look at. Logistically, it's a bit tricky to eat. Inside it's ricotta, not cream as I thought — I imagine it's the same ricotta as the cannolo. Everything is fried here. It's very light, and the ricotta has a sort of greasy cheese effect through the little holes they make. That citrus powder on top — I didn't taste it much, I would have liked it more. I saw they have dehydrators, they do everything themselves, which is interesting. For the total of €7 for this and the cannolo, I thought it would be less.
