We got a 24-piece sushi platter with local fish: tuna (two cuts, lean and fatty), amberjack, parrot fish, barracuda. The fish is very fresh, generous portions. I'm very happy with it. The tuna with apple and wakame seasoned with sesame oil is good, the sesame oil pushes it a bit. There's also a gunkan-style piece with tuna wrapped around instead of seaweed, with a little wasabi — but this wasabi isn't strong, even though Mipan said it was very spicy. There's a lot of lime peel on the tuna which pushes the flavor. Good tuna overall.
