The oyster omelette is the undisputed star here, earning raves for its crispy edges and briny, tender oysters. The overall vibe is pure, unpretentious Singaporean hawker magic at its finest.
“The eggs are quite oily and there are some nice looking oysters on top. The eggs have that crunchy skin on top, and the oysters are butter soft — you don't need to chew them, they just melt inside your mouth. Very interesting, very delicious omelette. With the sauce, which is a bit spicy but acidic as well, the whole experience of the texture of these eggs and the oyster is truly incredible.”

Dishes mentioned
Satay (skewers di pollo e maiale)
I got five chicken satays and five pork ones with this thick peanut-based sauce. The chicken one is nice, juicy, beautiful texture, very tasty with different herbs and spices, a little bit spicy but really amazing. The sauce is very thick and delicious, quite original — I never tried anything like this before. The pork skewer is not that different in texture or taste from the chicken one, not as soft but still very soft, easy to eat, juicy, nice and tasty.
