Vegetable Dumplings with Shrimp
These are big ones. It's vegetables with actually a little bit of shrimp inside. I think it's chives. Fried tofu skin, and then stuffed with it looks like mushrooms, maybe a little bit of shrimp as well. So, it's actually been fried first, and then wrapped, and then steamed. That one's my favorite so far. Beautiful sort of earthy mushroom flavor on the inside. I know I was saying I wasn't going to give it ratings, but that one's definitely 10 out of 10. Lovely.

Fresh off of the steam, smoking hot. This one's always one of my favorites, too. When you get that steamed beef, it's just so beautifully soft, like a pillow.
