“This has to be the most beautiful Neapolitan pizza ever — if pizza was judged solely by looks, these guys are the winners. The crust isn't very crunchy but it's full of air and really light. The tomato sauce is San Marzano, premium from Campania, with an acidic taste but also sweetness — top ingredient. The mozzarella is quite good. The dough in the middle is soft but a bit chewy; the cornicione has slight crunchiness but mostly soft and airy. Basil is put on fresh afterwards, which creates a change in taste compared to usual Margherita. I chose this basic pizza on purpose to test the dough and ingredients. It fulfills everything Neapolitan pizza should be, but is it the best I've eaten? Not really — I'd place it third so far. Price: €12 for the pizza, €1.50 cover charge, €3 for water.”
