AI summary of what 2 dish mentions say about the food
The signature Straccetti di Manzo steals the show, a tender, savory triumph that anchors the menu. Reviewers leave feeling warmly satisfied, praising the cozy, unpretentious vibe that makes every bite feel like a quiet discovery.
“I started with the beef one. The bun is steamed and then griddled, with sesame seeds. Marinated beef strips, lettuce, fried onions, Korean chili base, chili mayo, and teriyaki sauce. The meat is cooked masterfully. It's amazing! It reminds me of the beef strips you buy at the supermarket and grill at home, but with a Korean twist, like kimchi. I love Korean cuisine. The bun is great, the sesame seeds, the lamb's lettuce, the caramelized onion. It's delicious. I wish we had this in Italy. This place would crush it in Italy.”

Pollo fritto (Bulldak)
I also got the fried chicken one, the Bulldak. It has crispy fried chicken, lettuce, tomato, red onion, bulldak sauce, and lemon mayo. The chicken is breaded in panko. The balance is perfect, but the chicken is a bit dry inside—you can see it. If it had been a juicier thigh cut, it would have been better. The frying is a bit too oily for my taste. The kimchi and salad are good, but I don't love the mayo choice with the kimchi. The other one is insane. Two burgers cost €19.50.
