AI summary of what 3 dish mentions say about the food
“This taco is so big you have to cradle it with two hands to keep everything inside. I like the little touch of the mayo — it's subtle, just a little swipe. Once you taste that chili oil, you're going to want to drench every single bite. Phenomenal.”

Tostada de Ceviche
This ceviche is a totally different style — they take shredded fish, squeeze lime juice into it, then squeeze the lime juice out so it just kind of cooks the fish and then it's drier. I've never seen a ceviche like this. It's topped with cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and avocado. The crunch of the cucumber, the fish has this shreddy texture. The black habanero salsa and chili oil are incredible — that will light your mouth on fire.
Taco de Camarón
The batter is incredible — it is so puffy, but you really taste the shrimp on the inside. It doesn't cover up the flavor of the shrimp. Sometimes the batter could take over the taco, but in this case you can really taste the shrimp. It has a slight peppery taste with the crunch of the cabbage and those onions are incredible. I need more chili oil.
Taco de Pescado
This taco is so big you have to cradle it with two hands to keep everything inside. I like the little touch of the mayo — it's subtle, just a little swipe. Once you taste that chili oil, you're going to want to drench every single bite. Phenomenal.
