AI summary of what 6 dish mentions say about the food
Reviewers rave about the Wagyu sharing platter, praising its melt-in-the-mouth texture and rich flavor. The overall vibe is one of pure, indulgent satisfaction.
“This Wagyu platter is the one you've got to come for — the cubes of beef are exceptional, like a hot knife through butter with absolutely no resistance. I seasoned them with pink Himalayan sea salt and black pepper, and dipped them in a super salty citrusy yuzu dip. That combination is unbelievable. The platter is 900 baht and worth every single satang.”

Dishes mentioned
Wagyu Tenderloin Steak
This Wagyu tenderloin steak is absolutely insane — it's so marbled and fatty, with the main flavor being that beef fat. I left it to rest for 5 minutes and it was even better, melting like a hot knife through butter. I dipped it in the shoyu sauce and it was unbelievable. Probably the best beef I've had in Bangkok.
Miso Wagyu Beef Tataki
This miso beef tartare is top — it's a little bit sweet with that sweet soy running through it, and you can really taste the miso hitting you straight away. The bits of fat running through it, the thinly sliced spring onions, and the sesame all work together. If you don't like raw beef, it's not for you, but for me it could be the best thing on the table. I could do without the ice cream cone it came with, but the actual beef tartare is A grade.
Spicy Marinated Beef Short Rib
This spicy miso short rib is probably my favorite sauce-wise — it's like a cross between a Korean bean paste and miso. The meat falls off the bone, full of fat, and caramelized on top. Absolutely ridiculous.
Pork Tongue With Spring Onion
I was worried the pork tongue would be really tough, but it's sliced so thinly that there's only a little bit of chew to it. The prevailing flavor is the spring onions, with a lovely little lemon drizzle giving a nice bit of acidity. It's not the best thing on the table, but it's a solid side dish.
Beef Tongue With Green Onion
This beef tongue with green onion is the most interesting dish texturally — everything else has been melt-in-your-mouth, but this has some bite to it. It's really taken on the smoke from the grill, and the inside stuffing is really savory. I'm not sure I'd order it over the other dishes, but I'd definitely get it as a side.
