Ingredients
10 items- 200 gCooked Ham
- 200 gScamorza
- 500 gPotatoes
- Nutmegto taste
- Black Pepperto taste
- Fine Saltto taste
- 50 gGrated Parmigiano Reggianofor the dough
- 1 pcsEgg
- 200 gFlour
- Extra Virgin Olive Oilto taste, for brushing
Method
- Cut 200g of cooked ham into small pieces.
- Cut 200g of scamorza cheese into small pieces.
- Immerse 500g of potatoes in cold water, bring to a boil, and cook for 40 minutes.
- Mash the cooked potatoes.
- Add nutmeg to taste.
- Season with black pepper and fine salt to taste.
- Add 50g of grated Parmesan cheese.
- Add 1 egg and mix.
- Add 200g of type 0 flour and mix until a dough forms.
- Take a portion of dough, lightly flour it, and flatten it.
- Fill with scamorza and ham.
- Seal the bombette well.
- Place the bombette on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the bombette with extra virgin olive oil to taste.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese to taste.
- Bake in a static oven at 240°C (465°F) for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot.
