Coffee Shakerato (Classic)

A refreshing iced coffee drink made by shaking hot espresso with ice and sugar until frothy.
Method
- Prepare 60 ml of hot espresso (or strong coffee from a moka pot).
- Place 5 ice cubes in a shaker.
- Add 2.5 teaspoons of sugar on top of the ice.
- Pour the hot coffee over the sugar.
- Close the shaker and shake vigorously until the ice is completely dissolved and the mixture is frothy.
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
