Ingredients

- Lemon Zestzest of 1 lemon
- Greek YogurtGreek yogurt
- Spreadable Cheesecream cheese
- Powdered Sugarpowdered sugar, to taste
- Orange Zestzest of 1 orange
Method
- Cut the apples and season them with lemon juice, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Cook the apples in a pan for about ten minutes.
- Prepare the crumble dough: in a bowl mix rice flour, cornstarch, baking powder, brown sugar, an egg, soft butter, and lemon zest. Rub the mixture with your hands until it forms coarse crumbs.
- Add a splash of water if needed to get a crumbly texture.
- When the apples are soft, transfer them to the bottom of a baking dish.
- Crumble the crumble dough evenly over the apples.
- Bake in a preheated static oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes, then a few minutes under the grill to brown the top.
- Prepare the yogurt sauce: mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and orange zest until smooth.
- Let the crumble cool slightly, then serve with the yogurt sauce.
