Method
- Cut the bananas in half and insert a popsicle stick into each half.
- Coat each banana piece in peanut butter.
- Place the bananas in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave.
- Dip the frozen bananas into the melted chocolate, then roll them in hazelnut crumbs.
- Refrigerate for about 10 minutes until the chocolate sets.
- Serve and enjoy.
