A hearty Tuscan-inspired pasta dish where sausage and cannellini beans are simmered in a rich red wine and tomato sauce, then tossed with pasta.

Ingredients
8 items- 400 gPasta
- 3 pcsSausages
- 250 gCannellini Beansprecooked
- Garlic
- Sage
- Rosemary
- Red Wine1 small glass
- 1 tbspTomato Paste
Method
- Cut the sausages into cubes.
- Add the garlic in its peel, the sage and rosemary. Brown well.
- Deglaze with a small glass of red wine.
- Add the cannellini beans (precooked).
- Add a tablespoon of tomato concentrate.
- Let it cook gently for at least 20 minutes.
- Add the pasta and cook it together with the sauce.
