Terms of Service
Effective July 23, 2026. Written in plain language on purpose — this English text is the governing version.
1. Who we are, and what ReTubeIt is
ReTubeIt is operated by Danilo Consulting Co., Ltd., a company registered in Thailand at 101/7-8, 3rd Fl., Room No.305, Soi Sukhumvit 101/1, Bang Chak, Phra Khanong District, Bangkok 10260, Thailand, publishing under the Danilo IT brand. You can reach us any time at chat@danilo.it.com.
ReTubeIt is a knowledge platform. We watch publicly available creator videos (primarily on YouTube), analyze what the creators actually say, and organize it into places, dishes, recipes and stories you can search, browse and ask questions about. Every piece of knowledge is attributed to the creator whose work it came from.
2. Your use of the service
You may browse ReTubeIt freely. If you create an account, keep your credentials safe and don't misuse the service — no scraping at abusive rates, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, and no using it for anything unlawful.
3. Content and accuracy
Our summaries, maps and answers are produced by AI systems reading creator videos and cross-checking public sources. We work hard on accuracy, but restaurants close, menus change, and machines make mistakes. The content is provided "as is", for information only — always double-check anything that matters (opening hours, allergens, prices) before relying on it. If you find an error, use the report link on the page or contact us.
4. Creators' work
Videos belong to their creators and to the platforms that host them. ReTubeIt links to and embeds creator work, credits it, and sends viewers back to the source — we do not claim ownership of any creator's content. If you are a creator and want something corrected or removed, write to us and we'll act quickly.
5. Our content
The ReTubeIt name, design, and the structured knowledge base we have built are ours. You're welcome to quote and link to our pages (that's the point); wholesale copying of the database is not allowed.
6. Credits, billing and refunds
Browsing ReTubeIt is free. Asking questions runs on credits: one credit covers a normal question, and a long one that makes the system work harder costs a few more. You get credits free when you sign up, and can buy more when you want them — current prices are on the pricing page, shown in US dollars or Thai baht depending on where you are.
- Payments are processed by Stripe (cards, international) and by Omise/Opn (PromptPay, in Thailand). They handle the payment details directly — we never see or store your full card number.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases. Those credits don't expire.
- The monthly subscription renews automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time from your billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you've already paid for runs to its end. A subscription's monthly credits are for that month and don't roll over — any credits you bought separately are spent last, so they stay yours.
- Refunds. If you bought a credit pack and haven't spent any of it, write to chat@danilo.it.com within 14 days of the purchase and we'll refund it in full. Beyond that, or where credits have been used, we look at it case by case — tell us what happened.
- Receipts. Every completed payment gets a numbered receipt in your billing page.
- Anything about money — chat@danilo.it.com. We answer ourselves, and quickly.
Prices may change; a change never affects credits you have already bought, and a subscription price change is announced before it applies to you.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, ReTubeIt is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from using (or being unable to use) the service, or from acting on information found here; our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the effective date above always reflects the current version. Meaningful changes will be announced on the site.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without prejudice to the consumer protections you are entitled to where you live.
