Black Forest Tart
by Giallozafferano · 2.9M subscribers on YouTube
The Black Forest tart is a simpler and quicker version of the famous Black Forest cake: here, instead of making a layered cake, we use the famous 'smart mold' (stampo furbo), a tart mold that, thanks to its particular shape, allows a delicious filling once the tart base is turned over. Cream, chocolate curls, and syruped sour cherries: these are the great protagonists of this easy and super tasty dessert!
