A juicy and golden pan-fried meatloaf, made without turning on the oven. This recipe uses a mixture of minced beef and pork sausage, seasoned with Parmesan, eggs, herbs, and stuffed with cheese cubes. Cooked entirely in a pan for a perfect crust.

Ingredients

Method
- Combine minced beef, pork sausage, salt, pepper, Parmesan, eggs, dried parsley, chives, and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Mix thoroughly, first with a fork then with your hands.
- Add cheese cubes and mix again.
- Place the mixture on parchment paper, shape into a log, wrap tightly like a candy, and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Brown the meatloaf on all sides, leaving it untouched for at least 2 minutes per side.
- Deglaze with white wine and let the alcohol evaporate.
- Cover with a lid, lower the heat, and cook for 12 minutes.
- Near the end, tilt the pan and baste the meatloaf with its juices.
- Remove from heat and serve.
